|Description||perfect for dipping pieces of naan or doritos|

|Ingredients||2 handsfull of small green chillies of the very hot variety
1 handfull of similar but red, for the colour as well.
1 finger of root ginger
1 bulb of garlic (about 10 cloves)
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 cup of balsamic
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1 tspn salt
2 tspns sugar
loads of black pepper
1 tspn chilli powder
|Instructions||mince the chillies, garlic, ginger & mix with everything else.
if you want a real blast then chuck in the chilli powder as well.
|Notes||leave it in a container for a day to brew then dip things in it as you eat your curry or just use it for a snack.
dont use a plastic spoon or it will disolve (joke)
