|Ingredients||3 teacups whole wheat flour
1-1 1/2 glass water
2-3 tsp ghee
|Instructions||make soft dough by putting sufficient water in wheat flour.divide the dough into 10-12 portions.
roll each into 6 inches diametre rounds.roll out and cook one phulka at a time on hot tava(non stick pan)when phulka swells up.turn again and fry the otherside also when brown patches appear on both sides.remove from tava and apply little ghee.
phulka is ready.fold the phulka into half and then again into half.serve with masela piya saag or ter dali pot
